I received an email from Larry Deverdenne with the Hinton Racetrack. They will be running a 2 day weekend August 14 & 15. Saturday start is 1:00 pm Sunday start is 11:00 am.

Classes are minis, streets (bombers), supers (sportsman) and trucks.

Following the Sangudo format, however

RUN WHAT U BRUNG.

Camping is available - no hookups. Plenty of hotels space for those who need it.

Track is 3/8 mile with 150m straights and consistent 9* banking in turns.

Points will be on website the Tuesday following any race weekend.

Drivers will have until Friday at Noon to question any points.

Points will be official Saturday following each race weekend and no changes will be made.

There will be extra work bees at the Taylor Speedway during the month of May 2010.

There is the water system to install, boards to put up around the track, spectator wind break to be built, bleachers to repair and cement blocks to paint as well as general cleanup and repairs to other areas.

They are scheduled for every Saturday starting at 12 Noon. Weather permitting.

Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month at the Legion at 7:30 pm.

Work bees are the Wednesday before races.
