September 23, 2011 Banquet and awards will be held at Johnny Beaumonts Shop - October 15, 2011. Cocktails at 6 - Supper at 7 - Awards to follow. Rides home will be available. Tickets are $20.00 each - Please purchase before October 10, 2011 - they are available at Alcan Store. You will need your tickets to enter into the door prize draws
Meetings will be held at the track before workbees.
Work bees are the Wednesday before races.
